It was a difficult interview as the managers and all german ask questions that are out of scope. they try to find ot information about my current company esply questions related to pay, strategies, organization struture, location advantage, bonus, health status. I feel totally frustrated after the interview. They did not call me after that

Went through a referral and was interviewed by both HR and reporting manager. After the interview and documents submitted offer was made. Contract was standard MNC contract. Benefits offered are quite good.
