1. (30-45 min) Phone Interview 2. (45-60 min ) Onsite / Virtual interview NB: I could not reach the designated site on date, so I politely asked to do virtual interview instead. Just like that they agreed to do a virtual interview on same date and time but remote location.

Q: What does a technical consultant do ? ( in your on own understanding )
The recruitment process for the SAP Young Professionals Program was remarkably fast and efficient. It began with a friendly preliminary phone screening to discuss my background. Shortly after, I was invited for a formal interview. The final stage involved completing an online assessment test. Overall, the communication was clear, and the steps followed a logical, professional order.
The initial call came and the interviewer was kind and asked really easy questions. The process was smooth because I prepared well. The final interview was also really easy because they sent links with what you need to prepare.
Interview process was very smooth and simple.
A nice lady gives you a call to let you know what to prepare for before the actual phone interview. Afterwards you are invited for an aptitude. If you pass, there is a second zoom interview.
