Really appreciated how welcoming the internship process was and overall community at Salesforce (Futureforce program, hometown connection). Coding assessment was as expected (fairly passable on test cases with a few challenging cases at the end), was briefly referenced during interviews. Mostly asking for explanations about resume experiences and technical skills listed. Interview was for specific team location. AI experience felt like a plus to have but at the end of the day felt like the team was looking for strong fundamentals (web dev, 2+ languages).
