My initial contact came from a director of engineering rather than a recruiter, which was quite a refreshing change. We had an initial 30 minute hangout and we learned there was enough mutual interest to move forward. Following that, a recruiter and interview coordinator contacted me to set up 2 1-hour interviews. The first was with 2 members of the DBA team and the second was with another DBA team member and the hiring manager. I thoroughly enjoyed the process. They all asked very relevant questions both for hard and soft skills. I had plenty of time to ask my own questions and felt like I learned a bit about the team in the process. In the end, we weren't able to come to an agreement on compensation but had that not been an issue, I would have happily accepted.

5 technical and 1 managerial round happened. In interview mostly they ask questions related to database core internals and architecture and lot of why? one python coding round happened on hackerrank. ( though basic level ) . all the Interviews completed within 15 days. But Recruiter took around one month to initiate final discussion on offer.
