Third call with SDR Manager: Same as above but more into detail + questions to see your attitude such as: in this situation what would you do? Tell an experience when something didn't go as expected and how you manage to solve the problem? What value will you bring to the team and what do you expect to learn from the company, team and me (sdr manager)? Last interview on location (dublin): 1hour panel interview + 2 1to1 interviews with other managers. 1hour panel interview (this is definitely the toughest and you have to prepare well; attitude is the key) : prepare a case study of a company which could be a good fit with salesforce. Company background, why now?, which salesforce solution would you propose?, SF competitive advantage?, how would you approach the call with the key decision maker of the company?, relevant example among the customer success stories? 1to1 interviews: general questions, personality, and ambitions

The interview process included a 30 - minute phone screen with HR, a 1 - hour interview with the hiring manager focusing on sales experience and CRM knowledge, and a final role - play exercise simulating a cold call to a prospect.
