Disrespectful hiring manager, asking questions and laughing at any of my answers. Was told that skills/certifications are "irrelevant" as "we train you". Then complained that my skills are (suddenly) not enough. They gave the impression that depending on the topic I was either over or under-qualified. Such a BS throughout, from screener/recruiter to the "mentor" and finally hiring manager. If you have any integrity you are flagged from the beginning. Have no idea what motivates these people to act like that. My conclusion: only the accent is what matters.
