I had 3 interviews.
The first one was a phone call of about 15 minutes with the HR manager responsible for the program. He asked me purely motivational questions and tested my knowledge about the company's principles and values.
During the second round, I was interviewed by two of the three managers that I will have to work with. This round lasted more or less one hour.
They asked me for more information about my education and experience. Also, I had to answer to some other general questions about my habits at work. For instance, "How do you manage deadlines?" or "What is your plan in 5 years?"
The final round was with the last manager. It lasted more or less 30 minutes and it was really similar to the previous phase.
