The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Morges (Switzerland)) in August 2019. This was by far the best recruitment experience I have had. I was made to feel that Salesforce wanted me to be successful, and gave me every opportunity to do so. For my presentation/demo, I was given access to a demo environment, tasked with learning the product and preparing a formal presentation/demo based on a specific business case. In total, I spent between 14-16 hours prepparing for the interview including the work within the demo, understanding the value proposition of the product, putting the presentation together, and then practicing. The amazing part of the process was that I was given tree employees (vacation period...) within the product group to work with throughout my prep time. So I was able to present, get feedback, and make adjustments to my overall pitch prior to presenting to the larger group. This was invaluable and really showed a commitment to me having a successful interview. Recruitemnt process for me was as follows: 1) Phone talk with my buddy at Salesforce 2) Phone Interview with Team Manager 3) Technical discovery call (role play) 4) Panel interview including presentation, demo use case & personality questions. 5) Personal Interview with VP 6) Phone interview with SE Director

2 interviews one with HR, one with manager and then panel interview. Then salary discussion and then a very excellent onboarding trajectory. Last step when you get hired is a full background check.
