The process was really smooth, I got contacted through LinkedIn by Lina Goens, one of the recruiters from Salesforce, and we kick the whole process of interviews.
I did my first interview and then I was sent a coding assessment on HackerRank that was time metered (3 hours in total). The question was a long one and took me the full time to complete.
After that, I was notified by Clarice Nesbit (another Salesforce recruiter) that they wanted to have another interview with me. Once that interview passed, they asked me to go for an onsite round of interviews.
Those lasted for some hours, 4 hours in total, 5 interviews of 45 minutes each. In those minutes we check on some Design System questions and general questions about my experience.
That last round of interviews was on a Monday, 2 days later I already have received an offer from Salesforce. The whole process was extremely fast, compared to other companies they were more effective in their process. At the same time, I was doing the hiring process from Google, I made it all the way to Google's hiring committee but they are way to slow. The Salesforce process started one month after my last interview with Google and they did move way faster and more effective too.
To be honest, the offer was amazing, I wasn't expecting it. Their offer was so good that I wrote Google and told them that I decided not to continue the process with them.
Big cheers to Lina Goens and Clarice Nesbit, they were always really helpful, answered every email with minimum delay. The time it took for my offer package to be approved, it was just a couple of hours, amazing speed.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! I am thrilled to hear that Lina and Clarice delivered an enjoyable and efficient process. Congratulations on your new role and welcome to the Ohana!

Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Standard leet code questions and hackerrank questions
Diving into the technical round, I was presented with a merging intervals problem that required careful thought on overlapping intervals. The solution needed to be efficient, and I felt comfortable tackling it thanks to my prep. A total stroke of luck hit me when I realized the question was nearly identical to one I worked on at PracHub. After that, I moved through a behavioral interview discussing my previous experiences, and overall, it felt like a solid exchange. I received an offer shortly after and accepted.
