I really appreciated how proactive of a communicator and personable the recruiter was. There were a few interviews and questions which gave me pause as in “did you even read my resume before talking with me?” However I couldn’t be too hard on folks knowing how taxing recent events have been. Everyone I met with was personable and I never really felt like they were out to “trick” me with questions, more so I got the feeling that this is a team who really needs help and is dedicated to getting the right person in the role, not just anyone.

The interviews were 5 individual people plus the insiders program. Each interview only 30 minutes long so very abbreviated. Too abbreviated I think. Mostly seem to be looking for fit.

The interview process is long and very thorough. I went through 6 interviews 4 of which where panel interviews. I did not have to present a fictional Salesforce based scenario, but I understand this is common in the last panel process today.

Post that hr said would come back. Feedback from one round basis which I was rejected that resume is not matching jd.
