J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Salesforce (Londres, Angleterre) en déc. 2020
Entretien
1. Interview with Recruiter
2. Interview with Hiring manager
3. Assessment Centre: 1 interview, topic discussion and presentation/demo
The interview with the recruiter is more of a screen episode to see if you will fit with the culture and the role.
The second stage, is around 30-45 mins long and involves the HM trying to find out more about you and your passion for the role/company. Also a chance for you to ask questions too.
The assessment is probably the hardest stage and involves putting time into preparing a thorough presentation that solves the problem a specified company has. A business is provided containing lots of information needed to create the presentation. This challenge also gives you insight into the role of an SE.

Question 1
- what are the transferral skills needed for this role?
Phone screening
Interview with regional recruiting lead
Assessment center
Overall, interview process was not too intense. Interviewers were all friendly, and conversation was interesting. One of the better interview processes. End to end process took about a month before a job offer.

20 minute very casual HR screening, followed by interview by Graduate Program responsible, both video interviews. Most questions were about who I am, what I am looking for in an employer. Felt more like friendly conversations than interviews.
This was followed by an interview with the manager of the team I would end up in after the program, she was equipped with much tougher questions. I answered her first question casually like in the first two interviews, however realised that she didn't appreciate that and took a more serious tone afterwards.
Assessment Centre - a couple of casual face to face interviews, much focused on social skills I felt, and a group case presentation that was supposed to be prepared for one week in advance. Please prepare slides and a pretty much finished presentation here - I did not and everyone else did, which meant the whole case preparation on-site (1.5 hrs with 2 interviewers watching) was synthesising their ppts with me watching & looking a bit uncomfortable. Also, I'd get to present someone elses slides & content and it would of course have been more convenient presenting my own content.
Case Tips:
1. Focus on the problems described in the case, and how you'll solve them
2. Go to Salesforce's webpage and see if you can find a similar case, bring it up as an example
3. Don't dive too deep into technical details
4. Even if you feel like you messed up the case, you can still land the job (I did)
