Hiring manager was disorganized but pleasant. The interview consisted of a case study. In order to prepare, I studied the best practice area of the website. The key to the case study was anticipated the possible role play questions and common areas that a customer would push back.

After speaking with HR, there is a two-round interview process. The first interview is behavioral and conversational. The second is a panel interview -- the candidate prepares a presentation and walks through it with the interviewers. Its not a "role play" presentation -- you need to summarize a project you've worked on and exemplify your executive presence.
