Needed to do presentation as the last step of the i/v, didn't feel like spending a lot of time preparing it (esp. if a lot of companies ask for it).
Very disorganised set up of interviews, would wait for a long time, not hearing anything back, etc.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Salesforce (Bengaluru)
Entretien
It was good overall. The HR had transparency. But for ML role they asled core DSA questions and not a single ML realted topics. I think they should revise their structure of technical interviews according to the roles and functions
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Comprised of DSA questions on live session on hackerrank

Entretien
- Applied online. Received a message from the recruiter about a month later asking for availability. The recruiter explained the process including the screening as well as interview rounds.
- Screening process involved a HackerRank evaluation with a single coding problem to be solved in 3 hours. The problem itself wasn't very difficult. It's better to add unit tests and doc string in the solution though if you have time
- An introductory screen with the Hiring Manager to determine whether my profile was a right fit for the role.
- 5 rounds of onsite which involved 2 design rounds + 2 DS/coding rounds + 1 round with a ML manager
- Recruiter informed me the following week they'd like to move forward to the offer negotiation stage.
