The interview process was slow but quite straightforward. Met with hiring manager before the recruiter stage which led to some miscommunications. It took a long time to get a final decision.

Applied the application online. Got the call from recruiter then the next rounds like Hiring Manager, Technical discussion, panel rounds with business, partners and presentation are scheduled for 3 weeks. i have joined on last week.

Well run, transparent. Recruiter then hiring manager. A surprisingly pleasant experience! I didn’t get an offer but I got a lovely, very personalized email from the recruiter saying to keep trying and they liked me but not for this role. Compared to every other recruiting experience I have had, this was great. Clearly a focus on fit during the interviews.
