Several 1:1 interviews with recruiter then with hiring manager and finally a panel of sales leaders. After that there was a salary discussion which went very smoothly. I got what I asked for

Wasn't positive or negative, I feel like they are hyper focused on those individuals who have deep Salesforce experience and not willing to consider others who have more industry specific knowledge.
