One round skype interview with the hiring manager, one round remote coding screen, on-site interview. The recruiter was so sweet and helpful. Team members were all nice and professional. Shame that I wanted to challenge myself more and declined the offer. Salesforce is really an amazing place in my opinion.

A few technical questions about Java, design pattern, mobile, os concepts, etc. Design test cases for something. What's the challenge in your current job. Which automation framework have you used? Cons & pros.

My head hunter put me to their process, and then it was a big nightmare. The interview schedule was *very* flaky; scheduled, busted, took more than one week to reschedule, and the second round scheduling was the same. Thank God I don't need to take this ridiculousness again.

Try to explain different viewpoint of a problem to them; the interviewers didn't seem to able to take new ideas but assumed I didn't even understand the question.
