An ad was posted for the job an multiple internet job boards so I decided I'd give it a shot and apply online. Almost 2 weeks went by and I was still not contacted by the company so decided to give them a call to see if the position was still available and if they received my resume. I asked for the "hiring manager" and she asked me to come in for an interview two days later. The interview was very short, only about 6 minutes long. She briefly told me about the job and that Sales Associates had to be "very aggressive" and asked if I was up to it. She asked what I liked most about my last job and why I left. At the end of the interview she didn't ask if I had any questions which I thought was a little strange. She told me that if I passed the background check she might give me a call back. She never did. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard anything from T-Mobile.

They didn't specify what they wanted, claiming a flexible schedule and really emphasizing hiring women, and the whole point is not to check all the boxes. I only asked for Sundays off, and they said they specifically needed me for those days. However, there was no indication in the application that they would specify this; otherwise, I wouldn't have applied. So, needless to say, I didn't get the job because I wasn't willing to compromise. I mean, if none of that matters to you, then I'm sure you can get the job.
