The HR contacted about 2-3 weeks after the career fair. There were two rounds of interview and the process was very streamlined and accommodating. I learned a lot about T-Mobile as much more than just a network provider through these interviews.

Mostly panel interviews consisting of 3 or more; mix of questions between technical knowledge and situational. Lasted about 35 minutes. Very casual yet formal which is representative of their culture.

The talks mostly covered why I wanted to work at T-Mobile and cover technical proficiencies acquired in university.
There were very few technical questions involved with the director or the hiring managers.
