When I arrived to the interview, I discovered that the trainer was not the same "trainer" who led the day in the life. She had two totally different personalities one on one vs. in front of a group of people. At the day in the life, she was very welcoming and happy, but in the interview, she left me with the impression immediately that she had not looked at my resume prior to my interview. She acted unimpressed with any answer I gave her or any mention of my wireless experience, me being bilingual, and also with my knowledge of the company. From the beginning, I could tell I was not going to get the job and that I was just there because she had to interview a certain number of people. She did not make eye contact with me, only typed on her laptop and never made me feel like she was trying to get to know me or my personality. She was also not happy when I told her I was considering Grad School in the unknown future. This should be something that someone is proud of... A quality in a star-candidate is someone who is always looking to improve their life. If TMobile does not want that kind of employee, then I no longer see Tmobile as I used to see them.
