Very organized and transparent throughout the hiring process. Great bunch of people - smart, motivated, and driven by an agenda to do right by their customers and partners.
Interview process had four parts:
1. Technical - regarding experience with processes, tools, systems, customers and partners
2. Situational
3. Leadership/management
4. Job Trial - given a brief outlining the primary issues, and asked to prepare and deliver a presentation as a part of a role simulation.
The whole process took about 7 weeks.
