Unprofessional and Complete waste of time. I applied online for the job. Received an email from the recruiter, we scheduled a meeting. The result of the meeting was they will be sharing my CV with the manager and by the end of the day they will comeback with the next steps of the process. I didn't hear from them ever again. I have send them multiple emails since I was interested, but didn't receive an answer, which reflects that there is no respect for the candidates.

Easy questions like. What programming languages do you use? Which three do you prefer, or are most familiar with? What do you think are the most important aspects to pay attention to when reviewing another team member’s code? Do you consider unit testing essential, or a waste of time? What has your experience been like as part of an agile software development process, if any?
