There was an initial phone interview with their internal recruiter and since that went well an initial in person interview was set up with the hiring manager. There was a second round of interviews set up quickly with other members of the upper management team as the initial interview went well. For my position there was also a need for Skype interview with a team member in the UK. The Talend team was great in scheduling the interviews on an expedited basis and getting me through the process in a couple of weeks. This was done as i had already progressed with another company in their interview process and I told them that in order for me to consider the opportunity, we would have to move quickly. The Talend team was great and we were able to move through the process quickly. I worked closely with their internal recruiter and their candidate ambassador. The HR team is really professional and very responsive.
