I was referred by a friend to apply in TR. After a week, someone from the Talent Acquisition team invited me for the initial interview and assessment. There are two major parts for the assessment. One is for technical skills in editing, coding, and proofreading. One is for mastery of the English language. All tests are progressive so if you failed on the first test, you can't move to the next test. After the assessment, I was interviewed. After a month, I got a call for final interview schedule. Then, a panel (at least 3 people from TR) interviewed me. They said they will inform me whether I passed or not. Sadly, it has been three weeks now from the final interview and I still haven't received any news from them. I followed up the status of my application via email but no one bothered to reply.

Process was really smooth. Entire process took a month and a half, from application to job offer. 1st: Phone screening interview 2nd: Whole day assessment 3rd: Final interview with potential manager(s) 4th: Job Offer
