The phone interview actually never took place. I was given several days and times to choose from. I made a choice and it was agreed that the HR recruiter would call me. I waited for the phone to ring but she never called. After half and hour I decided to call her but she didn't pick up and I left a voice message. This was Friday. The following Monday I email her to find out what happened. I finally heard back from her in an email in which she said something came up and she couldn't do the interview. And, oh by the way the position was filled. Very unprofessional.
