I was contacted by a recruiter from this company. I had an initial phone interview and then I had a follow-up in-person interview. All interviews were robotic, especially the interview in person, and one of the 'in person' interviewers had a bad attitude from the time she walked in the door.
At the end they called me on a phone and had me pretend that I was a case manager handling a case management call.

3 round interview. first call is with a recruiter, 2nd call is with the supervisor which is a 1 hour interview in which they provide acting scenario as if you where talking to a customer. I did not make it to the 3rd round.

Fairly easy process , talent recruiter called asked me some questions and told me to expect a call from hiring manager . interview was scheduled through a zoom call with 2 managers.

The interview process was quick and easy and straight to the point. The interviewer straight and direct questions. The interview last 30 minutes, and I was extremely nervous when answering those questions.
