Scheduled phone interview about a week out, received an invite via email. The call was available on PC browser session to join, or telephone call. I called using my cell phone after having a minute or two of mic issues on my PC. We chatted about what interested me in this position, and they asked me to summarize what I currently do at my job now. Then invited me to an in person interview for later in the week.
