Swiftly went through the interview process with highly positive feedback. Heard nothing for a month. Received word that I was in final consideration for program. Heard nothing for two weeks. Made multiple attempts to contact recruiter. Heard back from new point of contact that my application showed no history of having interviewed. Contacted by recruiter informing me that my application was mishandled internally. Roles were already filled at this point .Truly horrible hiring experience.

The interview went well. After a week my application status was changed to "We have identified a potential opportunity for you". I have no idea what this means. Later, recruiter called saying all the positions were filled. Why was I even interviewed in the first place?

Entretien
one-way video interview with 4 questions. Pre-recorded interview prep videos were helpful. The one-way video is a bit awkward. I would prefer an in-person or real-time zoom interview to be able to ask questions back to the interviewer. Overall, it was convenient as an initial interview.
