Applied online through an agency. The recruiter called me and discussed the role then forwarded my CV to the hiring manager. Days lated I was told that I had an interview the following Friday. The first interview focused more on my CV and previous experience. The second interview with the HR Director was about the job and what it would be like in the first few months especially as the HR Business Partner had resigned and was leaving in a few weeks.
