The interview process itself was okay. Very typical process for a user experience design postition. However, they ghosted me after the final interview. No updates from them whatsoever, and it's been over 7-8 months already. Terrible work ethic- if an applicant spends so much time and effort to work for you, please have some courtesy and decency to at least follow up with your candidate and actually treat them as a human being. It's not a hard bar to follow.

Entretien
The whole experience of getting the opportunity to talk with people who are extremely passionate about their work and love their job was quite interesting and beneficial. I was not only asked to showcase previous work and reflect upon the development process, but also got some relevant feedback. A very nice addition was having the opportunity to also talk about future future plans for professional development and discuss with the staff and manager how my plans could fit into a company like VMWare.

I was asked a variety of questions regarding previous projects, prototypes I've worked on and had to reflect on the development process as well as to back up all of the design decisions.

Entretien
I was contacted by the recruiter and had a 15-20 minute phone screening with her. Next had a 1 hour Skype interview with a designer. It went really well and was sure that I'll get a call for the next round. Then, I had the next onsite round interview with other folks. Actually, the First screening round, didn't go well but somehow I managed to balance in the next rounds. And I was said that I would be hearing from the HR for the next process.
A week was over and I didn't hear anything from VMware, so I wrote an mail to HRs (as there were so many HR tagged in previous emails). None of the HR replied to me. After that, I was writing them each and every week but none of the HR replied.
I followed up for another 4-5 weeks but the result was the same, I realized that VMware isn't going to respond and stopped writing them.
The fundamental question to any HR: Doesn't the candidate has the right to know about the application status as s/he has invested so much time in this process?
