Entretien
The company needs people with expertise in Computer Systems (i.e. Operating Systems and Computer Architecture). Preparation along those lines should serve you well in the interview.
C/C++ programming and algorithms skills are needed.
The interviews can be scheduled soon or later based on your preference. Do not hesitate to ask for time, if you feel the need.

Question 1
I will not give questions asked because it dilutes the interview process in the company I work for. I will once again say that Computer Systems is the major field of interest here. Of course, its a big firm and needs people with various expertise.
