I had a phone interview with a recruiter about 3 weeks after I applied online. The recruiter said that the hiring manager had looked at my resume and mentioned connecting me with the hiring manager several times. The next morning, I see they changed the name of a different but similar position they had posted on LinkedIn to match my professional title (behavior analyst). I reached out a week later with a sample project proposal, expressing my continued interest and politely asking for next steps. The recruiter completely ghosted me (that was over a month ago). They continue to re-post the position on LinkedIn (posted again on LinkedIn as of a few hours ago). Really weird and rude.
