Entretien
Interview process went well. Panel interview and they make you sell something to them. They want to see who is willing participant and who can sell something well. Be able to communicate very clearly. Seem to care a lot about employees. Ask some situational questions but mostly sales based. Well rounded interview in all.
First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.

I applied online and got called two weeks later. It was a simple questionnaire, and then they called me a week later to set up an in-person or virtual interview.

Describe a situation where you had a simple transaction turn into a more complex one with a customer on the spot
First is an email to schedule a phone call interview with HR. Will get a phone call for second interview. The second one is in person interview in the location.
