Basic one. You need knowledge in dispute and chargeback. Visa and MasterCard experience is required. Minimum 4 years of experience needed. Any one from dispute background can attend it. Visa rules regulations reg e those are important.
Lots of behavioral based questions that require answers describing specific situations/tasks, action, results. Need details and the questions are based on the posted qualifications for the position. Need to have lots of scenarios prepared.
