There are multiple rounds in capital markets LOB. First round is on C#. Second round is on design and DB. Client round. Management round. HR round on compensation discussion. Finally they will release offer letter and they will check with you in between before you join the company.

There was a panel of peers consisting of roughly 3-5 people. Mine was staggered since they could not all meet at the same time. The interview was mostly about business development. They want to know what kind of connections I had to grow the company.
