Possibility for mobility (but mainly due to poor performance rather than as promotion) Flexible working conditions (remote working) Good IT systems and equipment
Inconvénients
Very bureaucratic environment where networking matters (and is rewarded) more than performance and efficiency. Performance to Networking: 1 to 9. Albeit at the HQ you think you work at an international environment in reality it is more French than a French working environment. Lack of transparency and sharing among employees as information is perceived as power. Fierce competition among employees, which is totally destructive. There is a bad perception that the people who work at the HQ are superior and more privileged. Too many corporate governance and organizational changes over a short term period of time which create difficulties for efficiency and cost money (very often you felt that the project you have spent so much time/money to put in place after a couple of months has no reason to exist due to organizational changes). Many employees suffer from burn out and there are no appropriate HR structures to revert such situation. In addition when there is a problem (e.g. toxic working environment) you cannot address it to HR as there is high risk of victimisation. No screening and onboarding background checking of employees. High rates of clientele hiring.
