      Avantages

      Many opportunities to work on a variety of jobs and be given lots of responsibility. Some partners and senior managers are great, very supportive and care.

      Inconvénients

      Very poor pay. Firms coordinate to offer new recruits the same pay. Very poor performance recognition system. Frustrating politics. A lot of A-types working together so while the culture can be supportive, there are many cut-throat people who only look out for themselves.

      Avantages

      Good Benefits - Get the week of the fourth of July and the week of Christmas off every year.

      Inconvénients

      They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
