      Marque connue en France et en Allemagne

      Inconvénients

      Mépris complet pour les femmes ! Equilibre entre hommes et femmes jusqu'au niveau de chef de projet, après ça se gâte. Je pense qu'il y a moins de 10 femmes partners sur les 200 partners que comptent le cabinet dans le monde.

      Avantages

      Collaborative and ambitious work. It is a good choice as the first job.

      Inconvénients

      High pressure's job and better to have good control of pressure.

      Good culture Great mix of work (lots of strategy / interesting projects) Good opportunity

      Inconvénients

      Promotion cycle can be slower than some peer companies (RB does not have a strong up or out model, which helps some people and hurts others)
