1. online test, which is behaviors questions based. They test if your working style and general value match the position
2. video interview. there're also behave questions and 2 short cases. In the case, they ask you to abstract info and to generate solutions for data transformation issue (in my case)
3. approx 1 week later, I received the phone call said i've passed the video and there's an assessment centre scheduled one week later. in the ac, there're 5 people including me. there're many informal sessions. the core is a group case about several healthcare firm's m&a, they have info about technologies, human resources etc, like 4 parts. they you have a full budget of 4.5m, you are asked to allocate the money among different strategies. after the case, there was 1 to 1 interview with hr. another mini-case included.
there is a Phone screen and then first round case interview, afterwards second round group case lastly slide submission for a case interview. Fairly straightforward, there were differences from interviewee to interviewee
