I' started the process at the beginning of February with an online application and around 2-3 week later i get an email for the analytical exam (it was a lot of data and graphs analysis, around 40 questions that people usually answer in 30-40 minutes). 2 weeks later i get an invitation for a phone interview with the that was going to be my manager. In it we talked about my CV and my experience, a lot of the questions were related to the projects and tasks that i had work on. Around 3 days later i got a confirmation for a on site interview (because we had all the issues with Corona, it end up being a VC interview) where i had to send my available time for the next weeks in order for them to coordinate it. On the day i had 4 interviews of an average 1 hour regarding the Amazon principal question but one of them was an excel data analysis text, where I had to come out to the answer of some questions. In general i will advise you that you research some of the questions that are common to be ask in Amazon and from them check from you experience what you could answer them with.

Interview process is challenging but expected as everything you need to know is available online. They will schedule you with 4 employees from the team or organization you will work with and 1 completely separated from your organization as a "bar raiser". No need to work to impress one specific person, know 12-14 differentiated STAR formatted stories by memory.
