There is one telephone interview followed by one interview scheduled on Capgemini campus. I interviewed here as a fresher. The telephonic interview was with the HR and we had short discussion about the what the entire process would be like. For the second interview I had to visit the campus.

The interview process was the last round of the selection process. recruitment started with communication test, followed by aptitutde and coding rounds of test. shortlisted candidates gave the virtual interviews.

Object oriented programming concepts and it's pillar with syntax
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
