J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Capgemini (Mumbai) en sept. 2011
Entretien
The interview was arranged from the Placement Cell of my Institute. As researched about the pattern of exam the preparation included solving Aptitude questions and practicing some programming languages.
There was a Written test First which consists of questions from aptitude, verbal, qualitative analysis, logical and verbal reasoning.
The test was qualifying exam after which the process was followed by a Group Discussion. The Group Discussion's topic was 'Whether IPL is good or bad'. GD wasn't elimination round. All the candidates were required to go through face to face interviews, first Technical and then HR.
The technical interview consisted mostly of programming language related question; the more importance was given to understanding the problem and making an appropriate algorithm beside coding. questions from the past technical jobs like training and project work were also asked.
The HR consisted mainly personality testing questions, I was cross questioned many times regarding some questions just to observe how I react under pressure or influence.
To crack the interview one first must be confident on self. Practice of some languages before the interview will give confidence. For qualifying the test which is the major problem for may is very easy if practice has been done beforehand of aptitude questions.

My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.
The interview process went very smoothly and was well organized. It included 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round. The technical interviews focused on Java, Spring Boot, APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role. Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience.
