It was an off-campus hiring.I got a mail from placement cell of my college about date ,venue and time. The salary offered was 2.5l/annum. There were three rounds in all.
1) Written test - general aptitude (maths and LR)
2) group discussion
3) HR Round
Written was easy. General aptitude ques. GD was tough -Topic for our group was "Is India a global player in the field of IT"
HR round was interesting. questions like :
1) Tell me about yourself
2) Questions on hobbies
3) Some puzzles based on permutation and combination

My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.

good, friendly asked about education, experience, technologies worked with. some technical questions. project preciously worked on. things that you master, your difficulties, role in projects. a difficult project that you previously worked on
The interview process went very smoothly and was well organized. It included 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round. The technical interviews focused on Java, Spring Boot, APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role. Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience.
