It was a bit of a long process, but I will say that the recruiter that helped me was very attentive and supportive. He followed up with me and let me know the status of the job and even if there were delays. I had two video interviews, one with a Senior lead and then with a developer. They were good, low-pressured interviews about my skills and experience. The interview with the developer was more of a skills test which wasn't too bad. This interview process with CapGemini was probably the best interview I'd had all summer.
