I had a phone screen followed by three interviews. First with the person who became my boss, then with another manager in the office who had a similar role, and finally with the business director. They asked me a lot about past situations and how I handled them, as well as personal conversation about me and the type of person I was.

If they are interested in you, the process is quick ( you should hear within two weeks). Basic interview with recruiter and then behavioral interview / job fit interview with manager
