The process was very smooth from start to finish. The initial telephone interview lasted 30 minutes and was more of an informal chat than interview. The assessment centre was time pressured and challenging, but gave you a chance to perform. The Partner interview was more of a formality.

Comparatively easier compared to other big 4. Typically a 45 mins interview with focus on technical questions. Interviewer mainly checks your technical knowledge and experience based off your previous projects.

The interview lasted about an hour and was highly technical, covering topics in depth. The detailed discussion suggests genuine interest in evaluating my skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and overall fit for the role.
