Pretty standard application process to get to the interview round. I applied online, did psychometric tests and got in the 4/5 block for all of the tested categories. Also did the personality tests and got Average Fit. Got a call a week later inviting me to the assessment centre. Assessment centre had both grad and intern applicants for all technology devisions. It had 2 parts, a one on one interview and a group interview.
For the group interview we had a case to read, discuss and come up with a pitch for regarding technology strategy for the business case. My group had 4 people in it.
1:1 interview was pretty standard, just use STAR model to answer questions. They were really interested in my technical skills and what languages I could program in. Also soft skills.
Got a call the next day from the guy who interviewed me to offer me the spot.

excellent and very engaging with the interviewer as I can understand a lot how the firm treats its employees and provides opportunities for intern to explore areas that are most interested for the individuals

How many chairs are available in my univeristy building?
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
