Take me 3 hours with 3 people interviewing. Most of the questions are familiar that you can find on the google. The three interviewer are from three different levels. The questions remained the same through interview rounds
Long but good conversations and engaging. You spoke with about 5 people from different teams. Felt a bit repetitive considering they asked the same questions. Asked about background, motivations, long term career, etc.
Multiple interview process, allows for shadowing on calls during process, fair representation of the day to day work, level set expectations. I met with VP level employees during interview process
