J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Salesforce (Leopardstown) en juin 2017
Entretien
The interview process was really thought-through and well planned. I had two telephone calls with recruiters first. After that I had one call with a Manager of Salesforce. After that I got an invitation to Dublin to do a presentation of myself. In that presentation I also had to present a sales case. After that I got the final call from a vice president. In the last call I finally got the 'GO'. Although there were so many calls and presentation, the process was done within 1 month. The people at Salesforce are really competent, helpful and just friendly. You can really feel form minute 1 that this company cares about their employees.

There was a massive lag between the first and second round through the internal recruiters. Then the one with the hiring manager was dreadful, he showed up 10 minutes late to the Zoom and then said ‘I hadn’t even prepared for this, let’s go through your cv now’.

I went through two rounds of interviews at Big Gigantic, including a detailed presentation, and was disappointed by the lack of transparency and communication. The role was pitched as significant but the offer reflected a supporting position, with compensation packaged in a way that reduced the actual hike to about 16%. HR did not disclose the budget upfront, dismissed concerns about responsibilities versus pay, and simply stated “people are in line, accept or reject.” For a prestigious brand, this rushed and dismissive approach from HR felt unprofessional and undermined the candidate experience.
