The process involved 2 phone interviews and 3 face to face interviews. The first one with a junior recruiter and the second one with a senior recruiter who remained my POC for the rest of the process. After the First 2 phone calls I was asked to come in for a speed-dating styled interview which included meeting 2 managers for roughly 20 mins each. The third step was a presentation in front of a panel of 3 senior managers and the final interview was a 20 min chat with a senior VP. The entire process was very smooth and transparent. All the interviewers were very warm and welcoming. The recruiter who was my main point of contact was very helpful in explaining what to expect from each round and sent out the offer within 24 hours of the final interview.

Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only. 6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.
