Very straightforward process. Started with a recruiter who seemed to be there to screen me to make sure I was a human. Then I met with my main recruiter, who then set me up with a few calls. I had the chance to interview for 3 different teams/verticals. I then had a final interview with a couple sales managers where I had to present my approach to sales and my background.

Other than learning our products, what would you do in your first few months to be successful?
Walk me through a deal that you won. Talk about the discovery process, business problems you uncovered. Talk about what you would have done differently.
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.
